Fruit confitures:

Our most appreciated products are confitures and we use for them 60% of fruit, lemon juice, a little sugar and fruit pectin. That is all!

Try them in a jar of 240g, enjoy them in a jar of 340g.

Now linguistic digression: why our products are called “confiture” and not “marmalade” or “jam”? The name “marmalade” is used only for products made of citrus. For other fruit flavours, people commonly use term “jam”. But jams have fairly high sugar content, while in our products sugar is reduced to a maximum of 30%. This means that you will find in our jars more fruit and less sugar. That’s why we call them “confitures”.

See what we can offer to you.
